Casa das 3 Oliveiras is an elegant 5-bedroom single-family house, consisting of two bedrooms en suite, office, laundry room and garage for three to four cars in the basement, with interior access by stairs. It also has an attic with a large leisure lounge with a pool table and storage area, standing out for its generous areas and constructive quality.
The project was designed by the architect Mário Celso Albuquerque, dating from 1998.

Architecture and Materials

With classic lines, the villa has a distinctive exterior, with stone masonry framing all the windows, solid iron railings and gates and oak wood-lined sheds.
Inside, the noble materials and excellent finishes stand out:

• The main hall has Estremoz marble flooring, with Lioz stone inlays;
• The living room features the floor entirely in Lioz, as does the main fireplace;
• The bedrooms have solid mutene wood floors, while the dining room is distinguished by physelic flooring;
• The social bathroom is covered (walls and floor) in Estremoz marble;
• The American oak ceilings and the ceramic stoneware floor complement the cozy and refined atmosphere of the house.

Garden and Outdoor Area

The villa is surrounded by a large garden, with a lake, orchard and a small organic vegetable garden. It also has an indoor and heated swimming pool, as well as annexes to the outdoor area, equipped with fireplace, wood oven and kennel.
Adjacent to the pantry, there is a shed with barbecue, ideal for enjoying moments of conviviality and leisure outdoors.

Comfort and Efficiency

Central heating is provided by radiators and a diesel boiler, while sanitary water heating is done through solar panels or an electric cylinder.
All the frames have double glazing and wooden shutters, ensuring thermal and acoustic comfort throughout the year.
