Warranty
SunRay SaunasTM has a 7-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. To receive the warranty, the warranty registration card must be filled out completely and returned within (90) days of sauna purchase. This 7-Year Warranty covers the structure of the sauna.
Notice: The trucking company will only take the shipment curbside although liftgate delivery is included. If they can, they will bring it up the driveway. You will be responsible for removing the items from the pallet, so please have 2-3 people with you on-site to assist you.
