Formulated with a potent combination of 7.15% Proxylane™, a concentrated 4.25% flavonoid blend and 3% Matrixial 3000 addresses under eye dark circles. Also includes 0.2% glycyrrhizin acid, caffeine, and an inclusive blend of optical diffusers to disperse light and immediately improve the radiance of tired dull-looking eyes across all skin tones.
