140mm Jet Pump Wear Ring - Sea-Doo Personal Watercraft & Jet Boats New 140mm jet pump wear ring for Sea-Doo personal watercraft and jet boats equipped with 580cc, 650cc, 720cc, and 800cc two-stroke engines. This wear ring is a direct replacement for Sea-Doo part number 271000290, which superseded earlier numbers 271000101 and 271000002. The wear ring is a sacrificial component installed inside the jet pump housing that provides minimal clearance for the impeller to build thrust. Over time, debris and wear increase the gap between wear ring and impeller, causing cavitation and performance loss. Replacing the wear ring restores impeller clearance and eliminates cavitation. Fits all Sea-Doo 140mm two-stroke jet pumps. Inside diameter measures 140mm with an outside diameter of 160mm.
