  Special Japanese compound action loppers designed to reach high & hard-to-reach areas. It is great for cutting thick branches, fruit trees / large plant pruning & general branch cutting up to 1.6" thick (40 mm). The compound action provides strong cutting power & extra leverage. The bypass blade is teflon coated for rust resistance & non-gumming effects. There is a hook on the back of the head to pull branches down after cutting.  39" overall length. See here for the 24" long lopper.
