Hi Line Pallet Rack Bolt with Wiz Nut Hi Line Pallet Rack Systems are manufactured by Weirton, WV-based Bulldog Rack Company. Bulldog also manufacturers teardrop pallet rack, structural pallet rack and cantilever rack systems. Hi Line is a unique pallet rack design because of the beam-to-frame connectors. Very similar to the T-Bolt design, Hi Line pallet rack frames have circles on the face of the upright, and use a Bolt with a Wiz Nut to connect the cross beam to the upright frame.
