Heel Slide Board for Knee Knee Flexion – 28" PT-Designed Glide/Slide Board for Heel Slides, Knee Flexion & Range of Motion Exercises at Home – Sealed MDF, Non-Slip, Lightweight

Recovering knee motion at home shouldn't be a fight. If you've tried heel slides on bedsheets, you already know the problem: your foot snags, your knee jerks, your hip lifts to compensate, and the rep doesn't actually bend your knee. You stop early. You make less progress than you should. The EquipCore Heel Slide Board fixes that one specific problem. Place the sealed surface under your heel and the friction disappears — your foot glides, your knee bends, and you get the clean, controlled range-of-motion rep your physical therapist wants you doing 3–5 times a day. Built the same way clinic boards are built. Sealed high-density MDF, 36" long for full extension-to-flexion travel, 16.5" wide so your heel doesn't slide off, 3/16" thin so it tucks under a bed when you're done. 2.5 lbs total — light enough to carry one-handed using the built-in thumb hole. Designed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a decade of outpatient orthopedic experience guiding patients through knee replacements, ACL repairs, meniscectomies, and post-immobilization stiffness. It's the same board EquipCore uses in clinic. One slide at a time, your range comes back.

• [FRICTIONLESS GLIDE — STOP FIGHTING SHEETS, CARPET, OR THE COUCH] A sealed low-friction top coat lets your heel slide effortlessly so you can focus on bending your knee — not on dragging your foot through bedding. Non-slip backing keeps the board locked in place on beds, couches, and floors during every rep.
• [ENGINEERED FOR HEEL SLIDES, NOT FOR STANDING] Made from sealed high-density MDF — the same material outpatient PT clinics use. The 3/16" panel is intentionally thin and lightweight (just 2.5 lbs) so you can lift it onto a bed during recovery without straining your hands or back. Rated for the friction load of heel slides — please don't stand, sit, or step on it.
• [FULL 28" LENGTH — BUILT FOR FULL KNEE FLEXION] At 28" long × 15.5" wide, the EquipCore Heel Slide Board matches clinic-standard sizing so your heel can travel the full distance from a straight leg to a deep knee bend. Shorter boards cap your range early and cut your recovery short. Will it fit? Measure from your hip to your ankle — if it's 32"–40", this board is sized for you.
• [READY IN 10 SECONDS — NO ASSEMBLY, NO STRAPS REQUIRED] Drop it on your bed or couch sealed-side up, lie back, place your heel on the board, and start sliding. Built-in thumb hole makes it easy to carry from room to room. Pairs with any leg-loop strap if you need help pulling your heel toward you (strap not included).
• [DESIGNED BY A LICENSED DOCTOR OF PHYSICAL THERAPY] Created by EquipCore's founder, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) with 10+ years of outpatient orthopedic experience helping knee-replacement patients recover at home.
