This book is part 2 in a series of books meant to be a guide to the 34 SWARM system we use, but I think it will be something all defensive systems can use, as it will break down how to organize a system and practice. I am hopeful that this provides some new knowledge, or even just reminds you of some tips and tricks to improve as a defensive coach.Defensive football is becoming more and more difficult to teach as the rules seem slanted to the other side of the ball, and often the culture of a program must be solid for the best athletes to want to play on the defensive side of the ball.
