As a part of our best performing line of 20V MAX* power tools and batteries, this next-generation XR tool air vacuum pump is powered by an included DEWALT 20V MAX* XR 8Ah battery. **When used with a fully charged DCB2108 on a 40L tank with a 6 foot hose (sold separately) on the 1/2'' inlet port, pulling down to 500 microns Per charge, measured with 40L standard tank with 5 foot hose (sold separately) on the 1/4'' inlet port at ambient temperature (70°F) using a DCB2108 battery. Pump measured to hold vacuum on 40L system under 800 microns for 5 minutes after pulling to 500 microns with a 6 foot hose (sold separately) on the 1/2'' inlet port using check valve to hold the vacuum. Regarding battery, based on longer life (charge cycles) and more power, not in application vs. DEWALT 20V MAX* batteries with comparable amp hours.
