Our country breakfast with bacon, ham and sausage is a real treat for folks who enjoy the rich flavor of Southern cured meats. It is the same process used to win 18 Grand Champion Awards at the Kentucky State Fair. The next morning at the Kentucky Farm Bureau’s ham breakfast charity event the Grand Champion winning ham is auctioned off. Several years ago our ham sold for $2,000,000 with the proceeds going to charity, a record that has not been broken.
