Use paper or an oil lubricant to prevent the ring from sticking to the mandrel. Use a suitable metal clay paste and/or water to mould to join the ends. Once your ring has been moulded, allow to dry and remove from the mandrel, remove any paper and fire in a kiln when ready.A great addition to your metal clay tool kit.
